The North American Imam's Federation's 2013
The Open House Project:
Muslims in the U.S. and Canada have much to offer. The richness and variety of the community has great potential to "promote what is good and forbid what is evil." To accomplish this goal, the Muslims must carry out his or her obligation to accurately represent Islam in their adopted homeland. One of the best ways to introduce Islam to area residents is by having your non-Muslim friends visit a mosque.
Encourage your friends to schedule a time to visit your local mosque, learn about its congregation and practices, and see the architectural designs throughout the building.
